Description
Kunekune are a small, hairy breed of domestic pig from New Zealand, known for their docile, friendly nature, and unique features like wattles (piri piri) under their chin. They are excellent grazers, able to live on pasture alone, and are popular for small farms and as pets due to their calm temperament, quietness, and ability to get along with children and other animals. Their short snouts discourage rooting, and they come in various colors like black, brown, ginger, and spotted.
